Merit Solutions and Microsoft are announcing the availability of two Merit software products directly from Microsoft for Dynamics™ GP. This license agreement enables Microsoft to distribute Audit Trails and Electronic Signatures.

This is exciting news for partners and customers. The transfer solidifies these products as the standard in the marketplace for automating compliance management processes. Customers will continue to receive upgrades, version releases and support directly from Microsoft for Dynamics GP versions 9.0 and 8.0, and from Merit Solutions for Great Plains version 7.5 and prior.

Merit continues to develop and support other Dynamics GP control, compliance and convenience modules such as Enhanced Security with Login Controls, Advanced Lot Management, Sales Controls, Validation Templates and others.
