Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA)
is for companies who are required to detect and prevent problems and to ensure that appropriate actions are taken. Observations are captured and tracked electronically through their life cycle to conclusion, including tracking of actions taken by the organization. CAPA ensures that no important issues are dropped, that responsible parties are notified and that the organization can recreate the history of decisions and actions taken to resolve problems and prevent them in the future. provides the ability define tests, track results and activate controls based on results when used in combination with Advanced Lot Management and Advanced Serial Management.
