Small to Mid-size Businesses (SMBs) face a dichotomy of business drivers impacting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategies. Aberdeen finds SMB companies focusing on growth strategies (49%) and customer service (48%), sometimes balancing between the two, but more often focusing exclusively on one or the other. As companies grow in size and improve performance, they are 37% more likely to have invested in an ERP system that will grow with them.
